Poll Title: Unattended vs. Attended RPA Bots

Background: Looking to better understand the type of RPA Bots being deployed by Peeriosity member companies. Definition of “Unattended” Bots = Reside on servers and work without human intervention (automatically pull tasks from a queue). Typically scheduled (not manually-triggered) and can run 24/7. Definition of “Attended” Bots = Reside on employee desktops / workstations and assist workers for processes that can’t be fully automated (or that the business doesn’t want to fully automate) because people’s involvement adds value. Triggered by specific events, user actions, or user commands.

Poll Question: What are your plans for utilizing “Attended” Bots (reside on employee desktops / workstations and assist workers for processes that can’t be fully automated)?
