Once you launch, move fast.<\/strong>\u00a0 As decision-makers learn about robotics, there will be interest in moving quickly.\u00a0 This requires a robust operating and resource model that includes proactive management of stakeholders\u2019 expectations<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>2. For bot development, don\u2019t underestimate system dependencies. <\/strong>\u00a0Get your technology team on board to ensure the impact of systems updates and changes are appropriately understood, with modifications to RPA scripts completed and testing completed as necessary.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>3. Bot technology is new and evolving rapidly.<\/strong>\u00a0 Having highly skilled developers is critical to reducing rework and avoiding production incidents.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>4. Bots are often scheduled for early hours when local technical support isn\u2019t available.\u00a0 <\/strong>As you scale, consider shifting from local to global support, to provide 24\/7 production support and incident management.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>5.
