companies have taken a wide range of approaches to deliver payroll services.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>For example:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0in;\" ZH-CN;\">Approximately 50% of all large companies have Payroll reporting into Finance, with the other half reporting into HR. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormalCxSpMiddle\" style=\"mso-list: l0 are similar, with slightly more than 50% including Payroll in Shared Services and the balance either highly centralized or primarily decentralized by country or business mission-critical process, and if Payroll is also arguably the most common <a href=\"https:\/\/www.investopedia.com\/terms\/c\/corporategovernance.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">corporate
