organization interacts.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>While it may seem trivial, the terms you use can set the tone for interactions and contribute both positively and negatively to iPolling<sup>TM<\/sup> question asked, \u201cWhat description best matches how your Shared Services organization refers to internal clients?\u201d<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>With over 80 companies responding, 67% use either the term \u201cCustomers\u201d or \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.investopedia.com\/terms\/s\/stakeholder.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Internal Customers<\/a>\u201d, with only 7% using some form of the term \u201cClients\u201d.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>After \u201cCustomers\u201d, the second most popular
